GIFT VOUCHERS

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods or dog grooming services. Please note that they cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
• Please note the expiry date - gift vouchers cannot be reissued once expired and gift vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment. No change will be given.
• Any remaining balance can be left on the gift voucher and spent on future purchases.
• Gift vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder, WHO’S A GOOD DOG? accepts no responsibility for gift vouchers that are lost or mislaid and they will not be replaced.
• At time of booking, client must identify themselves as a gift voucher holder when making their reservation and quote the gift voucher number.
• Vouchers that have been altered, tampered with, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
• WHO’S A GOOD DOG? reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this gift voucher at any time without notifying the holder.
• Redemption of the gift voucher is strictly at the discretion of WHO’S A GOOD DOG? and the company’s client acceptance policies are in effect for all bookings.
• Gift vouchers can not be used in lieu of a cash deposit for a dog grooming appointment.
